Who we are

Argillan was founded by Colm Deeny, a procurement and supply-chain specialist with more than twenty years of experience gained inside industry. He began his career in building materials with CRH before spending thirteen years at IHG Hotels & Resorts, leading procurement and supply-chain functions across complex international operations.

This experience shaped a practical understanding of how procurement and supply chain solutions need to be delivered in reality; across cultures and markets, supplier relationships and operational contexts that no standard framework can fully anticipate.

Argillan’s methodology was not developed in the abstract. It is a direct response to what Colm observed repeatedly: growing businesses can benefit substantially from specialist procurement capability but often cannot justify the infrastructure found inside the largest groups

Argillan exists to fill that gap.
