Who we are

Argillan was founded by Colm Deeny, a procurement and supply chain specialist with over twenty years of experience across hospitality, professional services and operational industries.

Colm spent thirteen years at IHG Hotels & Resorts leading procurement and supply chain functions across complex, high-volume environments. This included almost four years building and managing supply chains in China.

This experience shaped a practical understanding of how procurement and supply chain solutions need to be delivered in reality; across cultures and markets, supplier relationships and operational contexts that no standard framework can fully anticipate.

The four principles above are not a methodology defined in the abstract. They are a direct response to what has been observed repeatedly: the most capable firms are often too large and formulaic to engage meaningfully with certain operators, and too generalist to bring real, valuable perspective to bear.

Argillan exists to fill that gap.
